Structure of the Novomatic Group of Companies

The Novomatic Group comprises 3 holding companies:

Central to the Group is Novomatic AG Holding, based in Austria, located immediately south of Vienna. The activities of the subsidiaries of the Austrian Novomatic Holding range from casino and gaming operations to manufacturing and related ancillary services. Austrian Gaming Industries GmbH in turn acts as a holding for various national and international interests within the gaming industry, including casino operations, electronic gaming operations, video lottery operations, sports betting operations and various end-to-end gaming machine manufacturing activities. 

ACE Casino Holding AG, based in Switzerland, focuses on the operation and management of 3 of the most successful casinos in Switzerland - Locarno, Bad Ragaz and Mendrisio.

Gryphon Invest AG, also based in Switzerland, through the operational wing of its subsidiary EDP, is the market leader in the Czech Republic. In addition, EDP’s manufacturing division supply the rest of the Novomatic Group with metalwork. ATSI was formed in cooperation with the Technical University of Krakow in Poland. Employing approximately 120 highly skilled programmers ATSI acts as a general development resource and innovation think-tank for the Novomatic Group.

With its sales and distribution network spanning more than 60 countries, and with group companies in 19 countries, Novomatic truly is a global player.
