Conference Room Rates
Conference room full day	€ 140,-
Conference room half day	€ 100,-

Rates include all taxes as well as 1 flipchart, 1 overhead projector with screen and 1 pin board. Upon request we will provide additional technical equipment (video camera, beamer etc.). 

  

Cancellation Fees
4 weeks prior to conference	no charge
4 weeks until 7 days prior to conference	50% of the total amount
7 days until same day of conference	100 % of the total amount

 

From a booking of 5 rooms we charge no rental fee.
